Teachers enter marks, scores go through approval, and only approved scores count toward averages and rankings. Class summaries and report cards come from the same records.

Academic years are organized into terms. Fees are set per school level or class and recorded in Ghana cedis (GHS). Outstanding balances can be followed up with SMS reminders to parents and guardians.

Who can see and change what, and what is kept.

A school holds records about children and about money. These are the controls built into the product today.
